Product Care & Hygiene

Before using any product for the first time:

• Carefully read any instructions provided with the product
• Wash the product thoroughly using warm water and a mild, unscented cleanser
• Rinse well and allow it to air dry completely

Always ensure the product is fully clean and dry before use.

After each use, we recommend cleaning your product as soon as possible.

• Use warm water and a gentle, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated toy cleaner
• Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners
• Rinse thoroughly to remove all residue
• Pat dry with a clean towel or allow to air dry

• Silicone products: Safe to clean with warm water and mild soap
• Electronic or rechargeable products: Avoid fully submerging unless the product is explicitly waterproof
• Non-waterproof items: Clean carefully around electrical components

• Store products in a clean, dry place
• Avoid direct sunlight or extreme temperatures
• Keep products separate where possible to prevent material damage
• Use storage pouches or original packaging when available

• Water-based lubricants are generally safe for most products
• Avoid silicone-based lubricants with silicone products unless stated otherwise
• Do not use oil-based products unless specifically recommended

• Do not share products between users unless they can be fully sanitised
• Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs
• Replace products if there are signs of damage or wear
